The timetable

The full timetable of the conference including event descriptions, dress codes, locations and timings. Committee rooms will be communicated to all participants via email after applying.

March 2nd, Monday:

  • Pre-conference event:  This event is optional and you may register when applying as a delegate (Available slots are limited).

    • Location​: European parliament 

    • Dress code: Will be communicated to participants

  • Chair training: Only relevant to those chairing committees.

    • Location: Chairs will be contacted directly

March 3rd, Tuesday: 

  • 10:00-13:00 Registration: During registration we will receive you and help orient you for the event, you will also get your goody bags and lanyards.

    • Dress code:​ Formal business attire

    • Location: University Hall

  • 13:00-14:00 Opening ceremony: As per tradition, we will have a speech from our president, secretariat and a soon to be announced guest speaker to officially open the conference.

    • Dress code: Formal business attire​

    • Location: University Hall

  • 14:00-15:00 Opening Reception: Here you will get the opportunity to meet and socialize with the other participants of the conference.

    • Dress code: Formal business attire​

    • Location: City hall

  • 15:30-17:00 Committee session: The first debate session will begin here, chairs will help new MUNers understand the rules of procedure and opening statements on the first topic will be made.

    • Dress code: Formal Business attire​

  • 19:00 Chill Garden Evening: Get the chance to meet the other attendants of the conference at a lovely garden venue at the Oratorienhof.

    • Dress code:  Casual​

    • Location: Oratorienhof

March 4th, Wednesday:

  • 9:00-10:30 Committee session: Formal debate time

    • Dress code:​ Formal business attire

    • Location: Committee dependent

  • 10:30-10:45 Coffee break: A chance to catch a breath and have a cup of coffee or tea free of charge

    • Location: In the committee room

  • 10:45-12:30 Committee session: Formal debate time

  • 12:30-13:30 Lunch break: Lunch will be provided to the conference goers and is included in the delegate fee

  • 21:00 Flower Power Party at the Leuven Social Club!: Unwind and have some fun with our flower power themed party! The Exact timing of this party will soon be announced!

March 6th, Friday:

March 7th, Saturday:
