The timetable

The full timetable of the conference including event descriptions, dress codes, locations and timings. Committee rooms will be communicated to all participants via email after applying. This timetable is an example of KULMUN Conference 2023. This year's schedule will be posted when allocations are sent out.

March 5th, Tuesday: 

​

  • 09:00-12:30 Registrations

    • Location: KU Leuven University Hall, Naamsestraat 22 
       

  • 10:00-11:30 RoP Training

    • ​​Location: Maria-Theresiacollege

​

  • 13:00-14:30 Opening ceremony: As per tradition, we will have a speech from our president, secretariat and a soon to be announced guest speaker to officially open the conference.

    • Dress code: Formal business attire​

    • Location: Promotiezaal, Naamsestraat 22

​

  • 14:30-15:30 Opening Reception

    • Dress code: Formal Business attire​

    • Location: Leuven City Hall

​

  • 16:00 - 18:00 Committee session: The first debate session will begin here, chairs will help new MUNers understand the rules of procedure and opening statements on the first topic will be made.

    • Dress code: Formal Business attire​

    • Location: Communicated via e-mail 

​

  • 19:30 - 21:00 Committee Dinner ​

March 6th, Wednesday :
