The timetable

The full timetable of the conference including event descriptions, dress codes, locations and timings. Committee rooms will be communicated to all participants via email after applying.

March 8th, Tuesday: 

  • 10:00-13:00: Registrations

    • Location: KU Leuven University Hall, Naamsestraat 22 

  • 13:00 - 14:00: Opening ceremony: As per tradition, we will have a speech from our president, secretariat and a soon to be announced guest speaker to officially open the conference.

    • Dress code: Formal business attire​

    • Location: Promotiezaal, Naamsestraat 22

  • 14:15-15:45 Opening Reception

    • Dress code: Formal Business attire​

    • Location: KU Leuven University Hall, Naamsestraat 22

  • 16:00 - 18:00 Committee session: The first debate session will begin here, chairs will help new MUNers understand the rules of procedure and opening statements on the first topic will be made.

    • Dress code: Formal Business attire​

    • Location: Communicated via e-mail 

  • 21:00: Disney-themed party 

March 9th, Wednesday :

  • 09:00-10:30 Committee session: Formal debate time

    • Dress code:​ Formal business attire

    • Location: Communicated via e-mail

  • 10:30-10-45: Coffee break: A chance to catch a breath and have a cup of coffee

  • 10:45-12:30: Committee Session

  • 12:30-13:30 Lunch break: A chance to catch a breath and eat lunch
